houmous pour l'apéro-photo

Ingredients :

300g de frozen chickpeas

3 tbsp tahini

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 teaspoon of salt 

1 tbsp cumin

2 cloves garlic

Olive oil

Sesame oil


Directions :

1- Put the chickpeas in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute then drain. Or reheat it 2'30 to 3' in the microwave at 900W

2- Place the chickpeas in a blender

3- Add the tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin and salt

4- Mix while incorporating the olive oil until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy texture

5- Place the hummus in a ramekin and drizzle sesame oil and cumin

6- Enjoy on toast or with vegetables sticks
