Chocolate and red bean cake

Ingredients :

250g cooked, frozen red beans

200g de dark chocolate

50g brown sugar

1 tbsp rapeseed oil

3 eggs

20g slivered almonds

Directions :

1-Mix the defrosted red beans with the brown sugar and the oil to obtain a paste

2-Melt the chocolate then add it to the red bean paste

3-Agg the eggs and mix well

4-Pour the mixture into a mold a bake for 25 minutes at 170°C

5-For the topping, melt the rest of chocolate

6-Dry roast the almonds in a pan

7-Spread the chocolate on top of the cake then sprinkle with slivered almonds
